Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Night Shift Post-Op Orthopedics Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered team. You will assess, plan, and document care for post-operative patients, ensuring safety and adherence to standards on the unit.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN, Oklahoma RN license, and BLS. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, participate in patient education, and support families during recovery.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Oklahoma RN license current.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards to deliver safe, efficient patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the unit.
• Assess data reflective of patient status and identify age-specific needs.
• Develop, modify and implement care plans in accordance with Patient Care policies and procedures.
