Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa seeks a Night shift, full-time Post-Op Orthopedics Registered Nurse (RN). You will assess, plan, implement, and document patient care, ensuring age-appropriate care for post-operative orthopedic patients.

The role emphasizes adherence to standards and policies to deliver efficient, high-quality care. The ideal candidate holds an ADN, is licensed as an Oklahoma RN, and will obtain BLS within 14 days of hire.

Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate ability to provide age-appropriate care for patients on the post-op orthopedic unit.
• Assess patient data to identify requirements related to age-specific needs.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care according to policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
