Job summary

Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a night shift, full-time Post-Op Orthopedics Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team and deliver high-quality patient care. Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required.
• Current Oklahoma RN License is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with HHS standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients on the assigned unit.
• Assess data reflecting patient status and identify age-specific needs.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care per policy to deliver efficient, effective care.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and related regulations.
