Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carries out patient care responsibilities with emphasis on nursing process steps: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to implement a comprehensive patient-centered plan of care.
• Educates patient and family regarding health status and plan of care; documents learning outcomes and education plan.
• Documents interventions and learning outcomes in electronic health records (EHR) and adheres to regulatory requirements.
