Job summary

Laurel Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is urgently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem shifts, including 7p-7a and 7a-7p. The department is Nursing, reporting to the Director of Nursing.

Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $43.00 per hour with benefits including PTO, holiday pay, medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition assistance, and career advancement opportunities. New nurse graduates and RNs with experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Per diem nursing position, flexible shifts.
• Experience welcome for RNs.

Responsibilities

• Directing, initiating and implementing resident/patient Plan of Care.
• Performing resident/patient assessments.
• Assisting Physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Preparing equipment, applying/changing dressings, and monitoring patients.
• Checking residents/patients' vital signs and symptoms, maintaining records.
• Administering prescribed medications and injections.
• Acting as a leader in providing guidance to LPNs and CNAs.
• Following the directive of the RN Supervisor and/or Unit Manager in assisting in the admissions and discharge process.
