Phoenix Children's is seeking experienced RNs for night shift in the pediatric Emergency Department. The Thomas Campus serves 100,000+ patients yearly as Arizona's only ACS Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of 1 year RN experience.

• Pediatric ED, acute, or critical care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment across age groups to determine care plans.
• Evaluates patient responses and documents progress for safety and continuity.
• Ensures medication, storage and documentation standards are met.
• Provides unit orientation and supports staff with policies and procedures.
• Supervises care activities and provides timely feedback to team members.
• Coordinates plan of care with the care team and families.
• Supports student and new staff through mentorship and guidance.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as requested.
