Job summary

The RN Clinical Nurse at Wellstar Health System provides individualized, high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a night-shift clinical setting in Georgia. You will practice evidence-based care, monitor vitals, manage ventilator support, and collaborate with physicians and care managers to support safety and service excellence.

Candidates must have at least an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma, with a BSN preferred, and hold active RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience recommended.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• I/O monitoring and data interpretation including vital signs, labs and telemetry.
• Ventilator, BiPAP, CPAP, and other respiratory support management.
• Participates in interdisciplinary rounds and maintains patient-centered care.
