Job summary

Lee Health in Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Florida, invites qualified RNs to join the Observation PCU 2E on a full-time night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). The role offers a competitive hourly pay range with relocation/housing incentives up to $12,400.

You will provide nursing care through the nursing process, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes while adhering to professional standards and Florida regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Experience in nursing required; competency assessment may be used by department.
• Proof of American Heart Association BLS; current for minimum of 90 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on standards and act within Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborate with professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery and quality outcomes.
