Job summary

Lee Memorial Hospital in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a full-time RN for the Neuro PCU. Shift 3/7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, pay range $30.27–$40.86 per hour.

Responsible for safe delivery and documentation of patient care, following the nursing process, and collaborating with professionals to ensure quality outcomes. Florida license required; BLS certification required; two years PCU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with Florida license required.
• Two or more years of PCU experience preferred.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required; CPR may be required by department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Provide leadership, education, and professional development to staff as needed.
• Adhere to Florida Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards; maintain high standards of customer service and quality improvement.
