Banner North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO, is seeking an experienced ICU/CCU nurse for day shifts. The 16-bed unit handles high-acuity patients, with 1:1 or 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratios, including CVICU and trauma care. Schedule: 3x12s, with weekends and holidays rotating; day shift currently available.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact)
• BLS certification required
• One year acute care/hospital experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Assess patient care needs and plan individualized nursing care.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities in accordance with physician orders and policies.
• Document care plans, assessments and interventions accurately in the patient record.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the care team to adjust plans as needed.
• Provide education and discharge planning to patients and families.
