shifts, 12-hour blocks, and 36 hours per week, with shift differential opportunities. The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with nursing processes and policies.
• Document findings accurately and report changes in condition to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency and scope.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities as appropriate.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control protocols and operate medical equipment as needed.
