Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Delivers patient-centered care tailored to age, gender, disease, and cultural needs.
• Partners with patient and family using bedside report, rounds, and teaching to keep goals central to care.
• Practices in line with current clinical standards and safety requirements.
• Coordinates care delivery and documentation with the interprofessional team to ensure quality and safety.

Education

Associate's Degree in Nursing

Diploma in Nursing

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
