The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe patient care under Nurse Managers and the Wellstar governance model, guided by evidence-based practice and Wellstar values.

Licensed nurses uphold the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and participate in continuing education and shared governance to support service excellence and patient

Competenze

• Must be licensed as RN in Georgia.
• BLS certification required.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor's preferred.
• Less than 1 year direct patient care experience preferred.
