Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required from an accredited school of nursing.

• Effective communication skills to convey information and collaborate with the care team.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, care planning, and discharge.
• Understanding of health information documentation and nursing records.
• BLS certification required; RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities
