The RN will follow the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, supervise LPNs and nursing staff, and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Required MN RN licensure, BLS, and willingness to obtain ACLS/TNCC or CALS within the first year. 72-hour biweekly schedule includes 12-hour night shifts and every third weekend.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with MN RN licensure and BLS.
• Willingness to obtain ACLS and TNCC or CALS within first year.

• Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and collaborate with physicians to adjust care.
• Develop individualized care plans and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Carry out a wide range of nursing procedures and monitor multiple body systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety practices.
• Mentor staff, support teamwork, and participate in quality improvement.
• Follow hospital policies and standards and maintain competency.
