Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• Licensure as RN with applicable state requirements.
• Current BLS and state-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patients' conditions and updates care plans.
• Communicates patient care plans with the team and families.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and maintains professional standards.
• Upholds confidentiality and safety; supports shared governance.
• Mentors and supports other nurses as part of leadership responsibilities.
