Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the patient care team on the night shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while maintaining a compassionate, patient- and family-centered environment.

The role emphasizes performance improvement, professional growth, confidentiality, safety, and collaboration with physicians and other care team members. Night shift entails 36 hours weekly across 3/12 shifts.

Competenze

• Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing or Masters Nursing-Preferred.
• Licenses and certifications required upon hire: BLS or BLS Instructor; RN license (Single State) or RN-COMPACT.

Mansioni

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care as part of the patient care team.
• Deliver care according to the care plan and ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Communicate patient care plans with families and other health care professionals.
