Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities by patient age and symptoms.
• Reassess patients to identify progress and adjust care plans.
• Develop and implement an individualized care plan within Nursing Standards of Care.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians; participate in discharge planning.
• Provide education to patients and families and document interventions.
