Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency in Naperville seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts (11pm–7am). You will assess patient conditions, implement care plans, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

Illinois RN license and CPR certification required.
Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.
Maintain confidentiality and possess a nursing degree.

Responsibilities

Assessing patient conditions, developing and administering care plans, documenting care, and evaluating outcomes.
Welcoming patients, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and supervising direct care staff.
Facilitating patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with relevant departments.
Interacting with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze data for comprehensive care planning.
Participating in department goal setting, program evaluation, and professional development activities.
Supervising patient care within budget constraints and serving as a role model and resource for staff and students.
