Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans, including patient education and discharge planning.
• Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic tests following policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and team members to meet patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and participate in evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety programs, working toward organizational goals.
