Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions and care plans.
• Deliver safe, effective care per hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate patient care plans to the care team and family as appropriate.
• Support patient- and family-centered care and education.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and governance.
