Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Delegate tasks, promote teamwork, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure safety and excellence.
