Ascension's Via Christi, St Francis in Wichita, KS seeks a Registered Nurse for the Night Shift, full-time, in the Ortho Neuro Surgical Trauma specialty.

You will deliver compassionate nursing care, follow evidence-based protocols, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate care across the team to ensure safe, effective recovery and smooth discharge planning. Sign-on bonus up to $12,500 and tuition discounts through our academic partnership with Wichita State University.

Qualificações

• BLS Provider within 30 days of hire date is required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing at the time of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compassionate nursing care following evidence-based protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate vital updates to the care team.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care between physicians and specialists.
• Manage discharge planning to empower patients and families.
