Saint Alphonsus Health System in Nampa is seeking Registered Nurses for the orthopedics, medical, and surgical unit. This 36-bed unit handles medical, surgical, and orthopedic cases, including wound care and minor trauma, with opportunities for growth into ER and Critical Care.

Self schedule: Full-time nights, three 12-hour shifts per week (7 to 7) with rotating weekends, on a Together Care Team model supporting collaboration among Virtual RNs, bedside RNs, and CNAs.

Formación

• Active RN license in Idaho.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• Multistate license must establish Idaho residency within 60 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the healthcare team for patients and families.
• Utilize resources wisely to promote physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
• Engage in delegation, assessment, planning of care, and patient-family teaching.
