Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking an experienced RN to join our Boise Inpatient Ortho/ENT Med/Surgical team on a part-time night shift.

The unit cares for post‑op orthopedics patients with typical RN to patient ratios of 1:5 and CNAs at 1:8. The role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation eligibility for new-hire RNs with 1+ years of RN experience, and includes continuing education scholarships and a supportive workplace culture focused on teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice (and current), BSN preferred.
• 1+ years of RN experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the 35-bed Ortho/ENT med/surg unit.
• Collaborate with Unit Based Educator during orientation.
• Support patient education and care planning with the team.
