Premise Health is hiring a Full-Time Registered Nurse to care for client employees at our Health Center in Greer, SC. The role is night shift, 36 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and CME/tuition reimbursement.

You will assess patients, collaborate with physicians, perform tests, administer medications, and educate patients on health promotion while maintaining records and following infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required
• Certificate from accredited nursing program or AS required; BSN preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS may be required by contract scope
• Occupational health or emergency nursing certifications preferred
• Minimum three years RN experience in ER, occupational health, or ambulatory care

Responsabilités

• Assesses patient care needs and conducts nursing evaluations
• Collaborates with physicians for further medical evaluation and care
• Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
• Administers medications and emergency care within scope
• Maintains medical equipment and infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records and documentation
• Educates patients on health promotion and follow-up care
• Performs other duties as assigned
