Mercy Aurora OB in Missouri is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shift (7pm–7am). This role uses the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinate with departments, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.

Requirements include graduation from an approved nursing program and an active RN license (state or compact). Certifications listed provide the foundation for neonatal and obstetric care. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Must maintain RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Full-time night shift position (7p–7a) at Mercy Aurora OB.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
