Mozaic Senior Life in Connecticut seeks a Nursing Supervisor to provide administrative leadership across management levels and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other staff, coordinating with the Director of Nursing and families.

This role requires CT RN licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in geriatric healthcare. Candidates should be prepared for a 3rd shift and weekend coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• RN license in CT required.
• BLS/CPR certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) is required.

• Maintains department policies and ensures quality nursing care.
• Allocates nursing personnel and supervises staff during shifts.
• Delivers care based on resident needs and coordinates with staff and families.
• Communicates effectively via reports and documentation; attends administrative meetings.
• Supports staff education and professional development.
• Evaluates nursing performance and makes recommendations to Director.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Completes core competencies for Nursing Supervisor.
• Works beyond normal hours including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Maintains current resident care plans for all residents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
