Job summary

Qualifications

• New graduate accepted; wound knowledge and case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs individualized care for assigned patients per clinical guidelines and nursing practice.
• Completes documentation and charges in a thorough and timely manner.
• Adheres to the case management model and collaborates with physicians for throughput.
• Demonstrates teamwork and fosters exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Upholds patient safety and quality in daily care.
