Cullman Regional Medical Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time nurse for the Cullman, AL area. This 7PM-7AM shift focuses on individualized patient care according to clinical guidelines, with thorough documentation and active case management in collaboration with physicians.

Candidates should have an Associate's degree in nursing with AL licensure; BSN is preferred. ACLS within 1 year and strong communication skills are required, with emphasis on safety and quality in patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing and AL state licensure required.
• One year of experience preferred. Must pass medication test.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required. Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. ACLS certification within 1 year of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
