Cullman Regional Medical Center in Cullman, AL is seeking a registered nurse for a day-shift, full-time (.9 FTE) role. You will provide individualized patient care and document thoroughly to support safe, efficient throughput.

Requirements include an associate degree in nursing with Alabama licensure (BSN preferred). One year of nursing experience is preferred; must pass a medication test. ACLS certification within 1 year and strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing and AL state licensure required.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of nursing experience preferred; must pass medication test.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire is expected.

Responsabilités

• Perform individualized care for assigned patients, incorporating clinical practice guidelines with established nursing practice.
• Complete documentation and charges in an appropriate, thorough and timely manner.
• Adhere to case management model for assigned patients working with physicians for effective throughput.
• Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
• Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
