Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for assigned patients on a unit during a shift.
• Manage all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment on the unit and collaborate with all members of the health care team.
• Ensure standards of practice are met through coordinated teamwork and efficient resource use.
