Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking qualified registered nurses for night shift positions in the Multi-Specialty Critical Care Unit (MSCC) and neurocritical care setting. This role involves caring for medically complex patients on a 13-bed MSCC and a 33-bed NCC with high acuity neuro patients, requiring collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an ASN, BSN preferred, active Indiana RN license or NLC, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an NLC RN license.
• BLS certification; additional life support may be required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ICU/CCU and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and respond to the needs of critically ill patients.
• Perform bedside procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
