Job summary

Cynet Health seeks an RN - Mother Baby for a 13-week assignment in Mission Hills, CA. This night shift role involves 12-hour blocks, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios, and rotating coverage across labor, recovery, and NICU as needed.

Required are 3+ years in obstetric nursing, current state compact RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and experience with high-risk obstetric patients and magnesium sulfate postpartum care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in obstetric nursing.
• Current valid state compact RN license.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with high-risk obstetric patients and magnesium sulfate postpartum care.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, preeclampsia and related conditions.
• Float rotationally between Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and NICU as needed.
• Maintain 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including respiratory, social services, and pharmacy.
