Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Night RN for the Mother Baby unit in Dearborn. The role supports roughly 4300 deliveries yearly, within a 32-bed couplet unit, focusing on family-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Work includes 36 hours weekly, 7:30 p.m. to 8 a.m., with shifts on the Dearborn site. Full-time employment, with opportunities for growth and specialty certification within 2 years.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years for new graduates.
• Graduates from non-accredited schools must have NCLEX licensure.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required or new grad within 60 days.
• BLS required upon hire.
• NRP within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years.
• At least 6 months of RN experience in Mother Baby, L&D, or Gyn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Partner with patient/family to plan and teach, aligning goals.
• Document education and learning in the health record.
