Job summary

Corewell Health’s Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids seeks a Night Shift Registered Nurse for the Women Infant Services and Postpartum units. 36 hours weekly, 7:00pm–7:30am, with weekends every other weekend, delivering compassionate postpartum care to mother-baby pairs.

Requires RN licensure in MI, at least an Associates degree (or higher) in nursing, and BLS within 90 days; inpatient RN experience preferred. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
• 6+ months of inpatient RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the ANA and by Michigan state regulations.
• Demonstrate the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Uphold professional standards including ethics, cultural competence, communication and collaboration.
