Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RN license required for the state.
• BLS required on hire.
• Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care in a culturally diverse setting.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality care with the care team.
• Support patient and family education and safety goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in performance improvement and shared governance activities.
