• Provide patient-centered care respectful of diverse characteristics (age, gender, culture).
• Coordinate care with bedside shifts, rounds, and timely patient teaching.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration through interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and adherence to clinical standards.
