Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Taylor is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee patient care in a 25-bed critical access unit. Night shift, 7:00p–7:00a, with telemetry, medical-surgical, and skilled nursing patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing as the specialized field of study.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Educate patients, families and staff and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
