Job summary

SAE HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical core. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week with night shift and alternating weekend rotations, including holidays.

The successful candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, perform nursing processes in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families while adhering to standards of care and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Teach patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills; answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient-centered nursing care on the Medical Surgical unit.
