Job summary

Atrium Health Anson is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts (7p–7a), 3 x 12-hour shifts weekly, in the Medical/Surgical unit. The role emphasizes evidence-based care, patient/family engagement, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory RN licensure in NC, BLS, and a board-approved nursing program are required. Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience is expected. Regionally competitive pay with full benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state(s) where the RN provides services.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate from a board-approved nursing education program.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Maintains safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed and appropriate.
