OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical Acute care in a 46-bed unit. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, coordinate across the care continuum, and support general medicine patients with high-quality, compassionate service.

The role requires licensure in Illinois or Michigan and BLS certification. The unit operates 24/7; patient ratios are 1:4 to 1:6, with telemetry and patient lift equipment.

Formación

• RN licensure in Illinois or Michigan (state board).
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS required.
• EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Preferred BSN degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care coordination across the continuum.
• Assess symptoms and support patients and families.
• Mentor assigned team members and maintain professional disposition.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care team in 24/7 inpatient/ED care.
