Job summary

Avera Marshall Hospital in Marshall, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg Unit on the night shift (7 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), with weekend and holiday rotations. You will deliver direct patient care to inpatients and hospital-based outpatients, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compassionate nursing.

Responsibilities include communicating with the care team using SBAR, participating in rounding, documentation, and complying with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPI certification within 180 days or as required.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced Med Surg environment.
