Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year of Med-Surg.
• Current active nursing license.
• BLS, NIH, NIHSS certifications; ACLS preferred.
• Telemetry interpretation experience and ability to interpret EKG.
• Willingness to float within the unit and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on Med-Surg/Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor telemetry, start IVs, and manage dysrhythmias.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care; maintain unit policies.
• Be open to floating to other areas as needed.
