Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Must hold an RN license and be BLS/ACLS/PALS certified.
• Ability to read telemetry strips and work with CPAP/BiPAP equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read telemetry strips and monitor cardiac rhythms.
• Care for medical-surgical patients in a 23-bed unit with 1:4 nurse-patient ratio.
• Work 12-hour night shifts, 3 days per week; weekend/holiday coverage may be required.
• Utilize MEDITECH charting system; assist nursing assistants as needed.
