Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with Neuro specialization to work nights in Winston-Salem, NC. This 13-week contract requires a valid RN license, BCLS, NIH/NIHSS or ACLS preferred, and a minimum of 2 years nursing experience including 1 year in Medical-Surgical/neuro care.

The unit cares for stroke and neurosurgical patients, with a 1:6 nurse-patient ratio. Travelers must float to Med/Surg/Telemetry and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have active RN license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience with 1 year Medical Surgical.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for stroke and neuro patients with 1:6 nurse-patient ratio.
• Float to Med/Surg/Telemetry areas as needed.
• Weekend shifts required every other weekend.
• Complete required pre-start modules and pass EK G testing.
