141 Polk Medical Center, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the West Wing unit. This full-time role requires completing an approved nursing program, holding an active RN license, and BLS certification, with ACLS preferred.

You will provide and coordinate patient care, lead clinical decisions, and help ensure a safe environment. The position offers a 36-hour work week with 12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), within a 25-bed Sub Acute Rehab and Medical-Surgical unit at

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
BLS for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
