Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. The role focuses on adult medical floor patients, including respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis cases, with observation patients as well.

The job requires a BSN within a defined timeline, MT RN license, and BLS. A national certification is preferred. Up to a $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered where applicable, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN Degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License.
• BLS Certification upon hire.
• National Certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients psychological and physical needs
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind
• Communicate compassionately and effectively
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
• Participate in clinical team conferences
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures
