Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at St James Hospital in Butte, MT. A BSN is required within a defined timeframe, with Montana RN licensure and BLS certification on hire.

National certification is preferred. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing patient-focused care, documenting care, and participating in care planning and clinical conferences.

Qualifications

• BSN degree within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current State of Montana RN license is required.
• BLS certification upon hire is required.
• National certification in area of practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with the best interests of patients and their families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Comply with evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital, regulatory and professional guidelines, policies and procedures.

Education

BSN Degree from an accredited program

Current State of Montana Registered Nurse License

BLS Certification upon hire
