Aurora Lakeland Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med Surg IU Medical Unit in Lakeland, FL. This full-time night-shift role requires 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour shifts and a $5/hour night differential on select holidays.

Responsibilities include delivering and coordinating patient care, telemetry interpretation (nice-to-have), and maintaining a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced unit. BLS is required; education provided for on-unit telemetry training.

Qualifications

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and positive patient experience.
